Supervisor of Clinical Services

The St. Louis Center for Family Development (STLCFD) is expanding our Community-Based Crisis Stabilization Program through a new contract and seeks a Supervisor of Clinical Services. This person will provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of Mental Health Professionals (MHP’s) who provide in-home and community-based, individual/family therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. The Supervisor will play a vital role in recruiting, on-boarding, training, and the professional development of MHP’s. In addition, the Supervisor will ensure the program maintains high quality clinical services. The supervisor must have a strong working knowledge of Evidence-Based practice and a trauma-informed approach.

Mental Health Professional

The current position is for a full-time, Mental Health Professional (MHP), to provide Community-Based Crisis Stabilization Services to youth and families throughout the St. Louis Metro Area.  The candidate will provide a range of services such as in-home/community-based individual therapy, family therapy, skill development and assessment.  Additionally, the MHP will work closely and collaboratively with other providers in the community.  The ideal candidate will possess a high level of comfort working independently however with close supervision and training, a desire to learn, and a passion for helping some of the most vulnerable youth and families.

 Outpatient Therapist

The St. Louis Center for Family Development is seeking licensed therapists to provide Evidence-Based Treatments in our Outpatient Program. Ideal candidates will have received training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), or other EBT’s. Experience working with multi-problem, suicidal adolescents, adults and families is preferred, but not required.

STLCFD is a regional force in the delivery of trauma-informed and evidence-based treatments.  Specifically, we are seen as a center for training and practice in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. We are a supportive team and a highly skilled workforce which makes learning and creating change in people’s lives extremely rewarding.
