St. Louis Center for Family Development offers various types of training and consultations to help professionals achieve their goals. From didactic courses and learning labs for individuals to custom programs for entire agencies, we can assist in your mission to make a shift in paradigm, alter service delivery or implement a specific treatment model. The individualized consultation and coaching is especially useful for organizations that seek to achieve measurable changes to outcomes and are willing to invest the time and resources over an extended period of time.
At STLCFD, we approach each session with an emphasis on applied learning, interactive experiences and active participation. Our programs are also characterized by sustainable skill development. We believe that the harried lifestyle of today requires an intentional effort to focus so that we can absorb new information. Without being able to directly relate to the concepts it is difficult to retain the learning. We incorporate the practice of Mindfulness into all of our sessions.
