Organizational Training in DBT
STLCFD has played a critical key in the development and expansion of adolescent DBT programs throughout the State of MO. Since 2008, STLCFD’s Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder has been consulting for the Missouri Department of Mental Health under the direction of Ronda Reitz, Ph.D., Director of DBT Development, to train, develop, and implement Adolescent DBT Programs at several Community Mental Health Centers and Department of Mental Health facilities.
Programs that have utilized STLCFD for DBT training, development, and implementation include BJC Behavioral Health, Hawthorn Children’s Psychiatric Hospital, Cottonwood Residential Treatment Center, Missouri Psychiatric Center, Great Circle, and many others.
STLCFD’s DBT Training Team approaches each organization with the same goal in mind- to develop highly effective and high-quality DBT programs. With this aim in mind, STLCFD can help train, develop, and implement your DBT program which will dramatically change the lives of the people you serve. We customize every training project based on the organizational goals and a comprehensive assessment conducted by our skilled trainers. This allows us to develop training and implementation plans that meet the current needs of your staff. Whether the goal is creating a program from scratch, adapting a program with specific parameters, or tweaking an already existing program, we can help!
