Jenna Kruse is Licensed Marital and Family Therapist at STLCFD who provides outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She received her Master of Science degree from Oklahoma State University with her thesis studying the impact of adult attachment styles and affect on couple relationships. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Human Development and Family Studies. Mrs. Kruse has received training in multiple therapy models including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Filial Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She is a member of STLCFD’s DBT consultation team. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults as individuals and in relationships in order to help them manage the impact of past trauma, develop emotion regulation, cope with depression and anxiety, and improve relationships.
